Job Description

A property in Rollands Plains (near Port Macquarie) are wanting a full time Agriculture (Dairy Production) Trainee to join their team.

This position will entail all aspects of dairy farming including milking, calf rearing, reproduction, herd management, pasture management, weed control and fencing.

Accommodation can be negotiated for the right applicant,.

Applicants must:

  • Be passionate about working in the Agriculture Industry,
  • Be physically fit and strong,
  • Have a love for working outdoors in varying weather conditions,
  • Have Driver Licence and own transport,
  • Must be willing to work on a 7 day rotating roster,
  • Be committed to completing Certificate III in Agriculture (Dairy Production),
  • Be reliable, punctual, self motivated and
  • Have completed CareerGate 3 – General Aptitude Assessment.
