This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site. Changes to This Agreement

VERTO Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the VERTO Ltd site immediately.

Authorisation:

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you authorise VERTO Apprenticeship Network Provider Targeted Services to release information you have provided to third parties for employment purposes only. Third parties such as: employers, jobactive providers, Group Training Organisations, Department of Employment, Schools, TAFE and Registered Training Providers, Disability Employment Service Providers and On-going Support Assessment Agencies.

If you are a client of an employment service provider, your assessment results will also be sent to your employment consultant.

If you are a school student, your assessment results will also be sent to your careers advisor.
